距離Zermatt 車站太遠 千萬不要選它 原本選它是因為2024新開業 但一進去就有臭臭的味道 房間超級細 同樣Zermatt 酒店 選沒那麼新 可能只差Hk100 - 200 這個連水和早餐都沒有 超級後悔

Location is at the far end of the town from the train station but there's free E bus around. Check in is seamless as instruction is clear No air-conditioning in the room as you can only open the windows to rely the cold wind

I had a pleasant stay. Though I had a technical hiccup with the self check-in, the hotel personnel were quick to respond and reacted super promptly. And yes, there's a small balcony that has a nice view to the nature! :)

The reception was supposed to close at 10:00 pm. I called the hotel that I am running late and the lady kindly waited for me. The room was tiny but clean and cosy. We didn’t have neighbors on the floor, so having the shared bathroom wasn’t a problem. It is value for money

Didn’t cancel in Two week notice. Has a hard 28 day policy be careful booking this place, even if you talk to their staff.

The experience is good, the room is clean and new. There is a coffee machine, which is free of charge for the people living. Hot water also provided 24/7. The location is a bit far comparing with the other hotel, and it is close to the river, it is a bit noise in the summer time as the heavy flow of the river. But I will still recommend it to my friend if they want a budget choice in Zermatt.

Very amazed by the level of automation in the hotel! Check-in was seamless even though it was just an iPad. We needed to pay a tourist tax via an online link prior to arrival but we were abit wary given the number of online scams nowadays - perhaps it’ll be better to charge everything up front? There was free coffee available as well, which was a huge plus. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean, sufficiently big, had a balcony, comfortable bed. One of the staff (a guy) allowed us to put our luggage in the room early even though we could only encode our card after 3pm. He even helped us make a reservation at Du Pont as we didn’t have a Swiss number, thanks very much! The hotel is a 10min walk from the main train station, though there are free buses which can shorten the journey. We just walked as it was faster. We were in Swiss for 2 weeks and this hotel is definitely the best accommodation we had - for a very good price as well!
